When this website is accessed, the browser type and version, the operating system used, the previously visited page (referrer), the host name or IP address of the accessing computer, and the time of the server request are processed. This data cannot be attributed to a specific person, is not merged with other data sources, and is deleted after statistical evaluation. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website, Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR.

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, the information you provide in the form, including the contact details you give there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent. Processing of the data entered into the contact form is therefore based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time, informally, for example by email. The lawfulness of the processing carried out up to the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Your enquiry is stored in the provider's database and processed there. As long as no email dispatch has been set up, no confirmation email is sent.

No cookie that is not technically necessary is set on the public pages of this website. There are exactly two: a cookie for the chosen language and, only after logging in, a session cookie. Both are required for the operation of the application. There is no audience measurement and no tracking of user behaviour. That is why there is no consent banner either.

The font used on this website is served from our own server. No Google Fonts or any other third-party font services are embedded. Accessing this page does not establish any connection to Google or any other font provider.

Neither Google Analytics nor any other analytics tool is embedded on this website. There are no tracking pixels, no advertising networks and no social network buttons that transmit data when the page loads.

Only within the application, at event venues, can a Google Maps map be embedded. It does not load on its own: it only appears once the user explicitly requests it. No connection to Google is established beforehand. There is no map on the public pages of this website.

Anyone who logs in works with the data of their own events. Passwords are never stored in plain text, only as a hash. The data resides on the server on which the operator runs this application.

You have the right to information about the data stored about you, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of storage, as well as a right to rectification, restriction, erasure, data portability, objection and complaint to a supervisory authority.
